Welcome to Everwell Therapy Collective. By using this website and engaging in services offered by Everwell, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Everwell Therapy Collective offers psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and adolescents located in Texas. All therapy is provided by licensed clinicians or provisionally licensed clinicians working under supervision, in accordance with Texas state law.

2. No Emergency or Crisis Services

Everwell is not a crisis center. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988.

3. Eligibility for Services

Clients must be physically located in the state of Texas at the time of sessions. Therapy services are only provided to clients who complete the necessary intake paperwork and consent forms.

4. Fees & Payment

Everwell operates on a private-pay model. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. A current list of session fees is available upon request. Everwell does not accept insurance and cannot guarantee reimbursement through out-of-network benefits.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

Clients are expected to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be subject to the full session fee.

6. Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. All services are provided in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Confidentiality may be broken only in cases required by law, including suspected abuse, danger to self or others, or court order.

7. Use of This Website

This website is intended to provide general information about Everwell Therapy Collective. The content on this site is not a substitute for professional mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Accessing this site does not establish a client-therapist relationship.
