EVERWELL
THERAPY
COLLECTIVE
Modern Mental Health for Women, Queer Folks, + Teens

Everwell Therapy Collective offers compassionate support for anxiety, depression, burnout, and identity changes. Our practice encourages personal exploration, healing at your pace, and and making space for what matters most to you. We prioritize your unique journey, ensuring you are valued beyond a diagnosis, helping you flourish.
OUR APPROACH
-
INCLUSIVE
Our practice centers your lived experience—your values, your needs, your goals. We prioritize care that actively affirms your racial, gender, sexual, neurodivergent, and cultural identities, and recognizes how those parts of you shape how you move through the world. You won’t be asked to educate your therapist or translate your experience—we create space for your full self to show up, without apology.
-
TRAUMA-INFORMED
We understand that many behaviors and emotional responses are rooted in past experiences—often shaped by trauma, systemic harm, or early relational wounds. That lens allows us to approach your story with compassion and curiosity, not blame. Together, we’ll move at a pace that honors your nervous system and centers safety, choice, and trust.
-
RELATIONAL
The way we relate—to ourselves, to others, and to our therapist—matters. In relational therapy, we don’t just talk about relationships; we actively engage in one. That means your therapist shows up as a real person in the room—reflective, responsive, and attuned. We use the therapy relationship itself as a space to explore patterns, practice boundaries, and experience repair in real time. Healing doesn’t happen in isolation; it happens in connection.
