Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. At Everwell, we honor that your needs — and your capacity — might look different each time you show up.

Some days, therapy might feel like a deep breath.
Other days, it might feel like a deep dive.
Sometimes it’s a space to process the latest curveball life threw at you.
Sometimes it’s a space to untangle patterns that have been quietly shaping your life for years.

Together, we make room for both.

We’ll talk through what’s showing up in your world and explore how past experiences, identities, relationships, and systems all play a part in shaping your inner landscape. We’ll move at a pace that feels sustainable and supportive — one that honors your nervous system, your goals, and your lived reality.

Therapy with us is relational, affirming, and grounded. We bring curiosity, compassion, and maybe even a little humor into the room — and I’ll invite you to do the same.

50 minutes: $150
80 minutes: $220

Everwell is a private-pay practice, which means we’re not in-network with insurance providers. However, we’re happy to provide Superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement, and we offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need.

Teen Therapy

Teen Therapy

Adolescence is a complex, high-stakes time — not quite adulthood, not quite childhood, and full of pressure to figure things out fast.

Teens today are navigating big feelings, identity development, school stress, social dynamics, and a rapidly changing world. They deserve support that meets them where they are.

At Everwell, we specialize in working with teens — including LGBTQIA+ youth — in a way that’s affirming, developmentally appropriate, and grounded in trust.

Therapy gives them a space that’s theirs:
to talk,
to process,
to build skills,
and to make sense of what’s happening around and inside them.

We know that when teens feel safe, seen, and respected, they’re more likely to engage meaningfully.

We also know that caregivers are part of the picture — and we’ll collaborate with you when family involvement or parent sessions can support your teen’s process.

Group: Parents of Teens

Connected Parenting:

A Support & Skills Group for Parents of Texas Teens

Parenting a teen is no joke — You don’t have to do it alone.

Connected Parenting is a virtual support and skills group for Texas parents of teens, led by licensed therapist Beth Bowen, LMSW. This space offers practical tools, relatable support, and evidence-informed guidance on everything from conflict and communication to boundaries and emotional safety.

The group isn’t open just yet — but it’s coming soon, and you can join the waitlist to stay in the loop.

Crisis support:

If you or someone you love is experiencing a mental health emergency, please call or text 988 for the 24/7 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, dial 911, contact the Travis County 24/7 Crisis Hotline at 512-472-HELP (4357), or go to your nearest emergency room.
